Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. And after fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry.
INTRODUCTION:
Jesus was subject to all the same temptations we are. The difference is He could NOT be TEMPTED as we all are! We are no match for Satan on our own. However, through Christ we have the ability to withstand the temptations Satan throws at us. When we say “YES” to Jesus, we are saying “NO” to Satan.
