I remember when I first became a Believer in Christ Jesus. Even though I was filled with God’s Spirit and Saved by His Grace, I still had a lot of worldly junk in my mind. I didn’t realize it at first, but I needed to fill my mind with God’s thoughts and ideals pertaining to my life and spiritual walk with Him. You see, a person can be saved by God’s Grace and never fully mature into the Christian He so desires for us all to be.
By submitting ourselves to God and digging into His Word, by studying the bible and meditating upon its contents, that is where we will find the mind of God! Yes, it starts with belief but our faith should lead us deeper into God’s Word and His Thoughts. Then we will begin to see the World as He does. Then we will be looking at the world through holy glasses, if you will.
